❌ My license key is not working
Ensure you're entering the key exactly as shown (case-sensitive). If the issue persists, contact us with the error message and your order number, and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
💳 Payment failed but money deducted
If payment failed but money was deducted, it will be auto-refunded within 5-7 business days. Contact us with transaction details for faster resolution.
📱 How to download the APK?
After purchase, log in to your dashboard. You'll see a "Download APK" button next to your software. Click it to download the latest version.
🔄 How to update my software?
When a new version is available, you'll see an "Update Available" badge in your dashboard. Download the latest APK and install over the existing version.
🎁 Can I transfer my license to another device?
Licenses are for single-user use. If you need to transfer to a new device, contact support with your order details and we'll assist you.
