Refund & Cancellation Policy

⚠️ Important: All products sold on AOS Store are digital software licenses. Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Digital Products - No Refunds Policy

As per the Information Technology Act, 2000 and guidelines for digital goods, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the license key has been delivered. By purchasing from AOS Store, you agree that you understand and accept this policy.

When Refunds MAY Be Considered

Refunds are only considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: If you were charged twice for the same order (refund of duplicate amount only).
  • Non-Delivery: If you do not receive your license key within 24 hours of payment and we cannot resolve the issue.
  • Technical Issues: If the license key is proven to be invalid and we cannot provide a replacement.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at admin@ryzomods.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Reason for refund request
  • Payment transaction ID
  • Screenshots or evidence (if applicable)

All refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days.

Processing Time for Approved Refunds

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund will be credited back to your original payment method
  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

Chargeback Policy

If you initiate a chargeback without contacting our support team first, your license key will be permanently deactivated. We reserve the right to dispute any chargebacks with proof of delivery.
