1. Delivery Method

• Dashboard Access: You can also access your license keys from your account dashboard at any time.
• Download Links: Software downloads are available directly from your dashboard after purchase.

2. Delivery Timeframe

• Automatic Payment (PayPal, Cards): License keys are delivered instantly (within 1-5 minutes) after payment confirmation.
• Crypto Payments (NowPayments): Delivery after 2 blockchain confirmations (usually 10-30 minutes).
• Manual Payments (UPI/Bank Transfer): Delivery within 24 hours after manual verification.

3. What to Do If You Don't Receive Your License Key

If you haven't received your license key within the expected timeframe:

1. Check your spam/junk folder (emails may sometimes be filtered)
2. Log in to your dashboard at https://ryzomods.store/store//dashboard.php
3. Check your order status using the order number provided at checkout
4. Contact our support team with your order number and payment transaction ID

4. International Orders

As a digital product store, we serve customers worldwide. Delivery is instant regardless of your location. All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and converted based on current exchange rates for international customers.

5. Failed Delivery

If you provided an incorrect email address during checkout, please contact our support team immediately with your order number and correct email address. We will update your order and resend the license key.
